All orders are sent out within 48 hours, most being dispatched within 24 hours. All orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order once it is placed. After that time, the package will be shipped, and cancellations are not available. However, you can refuse the package once it arrives at your door.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of any medications after the packages are opened due to legal restrictions and regulations.
